Abstract
Individual resource of professional development (IRPD) is understood as a complex human abilities, which ensures mastering the profession, the effective activity and professional development. This resource (internal potential) employee used to obtain useful results in labor, as well as to compensate for adverse effects of the environment. This article discusses the methodological principles and approaches that should be used when studying IRPD and of professionalism of the man.
