Abstract
Problems choosing the right development strategy of the Russian Federation includes many questions of different levels of importance, paramount among which is to encourage innovation, more efficient use of entrepreneurial potential, especially small and medium-sized businesses, reducing corruption and administrative barriers to enterprise, the right choice of national and social policies aimed at reducing social and ethnic tensions in the country.
