Abstract
The article emphasizes the importance of self-actualization of children and adolescents in institutions of additional education. The concept of self-actualization and features of children and adolescents. Revealed the importance of organizing a special creative educational environment in the institutions of additional education of children, which involves the creation of a creative atmosphere in the team with the use of active methods and intensive interaction between the participants of the educational process.
