Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of teaching of national history in higher education. The focus is on leading the laws inherent in the relationship of teachers and students at the present stage of development of higher education. It was revealed that at present there is loss of interest in the humanities and offers recommendations for action to overcome this tendency.
