Abstract
This article is devoted to review approaches to assessing the quality of management at all levels in Russia. This study reveals a number of problems, in consequence of which the recognized methods of monitoring of efficiency do not presently allow to objectively evaluate the quality of Federal, regional and municipal management in Russia.
