Abstract
In article various politological approaches to understanding of values in a context of the main components of policy – ideology, political culture, political system are analyzed. The detailed review of the main approaches is provided to classification of political values, their role in regulation of behavior and political activity reveals. The model of research valuable a determinant of political participation locates.
