THE POLITICAL EXILE: RUSSIAN-JEWISH ENCOUNTER IN EXTREME CONDITIONS (BASED ON THE EUROPEAN NORTH OF RUSSIA)

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of adaptation of exiled Jews in the European North of Russia. It turns out that the political link has become a significant factor in the spread of Jewish communities in the territories and in the localities where the first of the Jews knew only from the text of the Bible. The situation of Jews and political exiles different variety: some of them have the status of administrative exiles and for this reason, the necessary funds to hire apartments and they had no food. Other exiles were in a better situation: they regularly received benefits from the treasury.
