Abstract
Article represents generalization of results of the analysis of the uniform provisions which have found reflection in "Dead souls" N. V. Gogol and "Philosophic letters" P.Ya.Chaadayev. The received results allow to note relationship of ideological views of Gogol and Chaadayev on destiny of Russia and its place among other countries.
