Abstract
In this paper, the author carried out studies of the effect of gender and age on the teacher education process. Some feature of the study is the fact that at the time of research the age difference author (teacher) and the age of students does not exceed 4 years, as well as studies carried out in groups, dominated by the opposite (female) gender in student groups. Revealed certain laws and guidelines that you should follow the young teacher who does not have behind teaching practice in higher education.
