Abstract
In this article to betold about problems of preservation of the Russian noble estates. Attempt of the analysis of a condition of objects of a cultural heritage is made, and questions of their possible use at the present stage are considered.

    Умница!!! Потрясён правильной расстановкой акцентов и освещения сути проблемы!
    Редко встречаются ныне такие здравые мысли. Обычно, что-то кургузое при правильном критическом взгляде. Спасибо. Поскольку почти всё совпадает с моим видением этих проблем и борьбой за их разрешение возможны пересечения, а список литературы придётся использовать с целью экономии времени.
