Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of cultural diversity in the modern world, in particular, to this concept’s definitions in the UNESCO international documents. The work considers interrelation of cultural diversity and cultural pluralism, the person’s cultural rights and creativity and cultural solidarity. The main tasks of cultural diversity preservation and popularization are also designated.
