Abstract
The article describes the process of creation an author's questionnaire for evaluating the information culture of personality in adolescence. The main stages of assessing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are shown. The internal consistency and reproducibility of the scales are studied. To test a measurement model of the four-factor structure of the information culture confirmatory factor analysis is used.
