Abstract
Federal educational standard of the third generation imposes new requirements for the preparation of university graduates. With the formation of a unified educational field due to the Bologna process, special attention is given to the students' foreign language communicative competence. Using methods of active learning, introducing information and communication technologies in the learning process contribute to the achievement of the goals set for higher educational institutions.
