Abstract
The article is written on the basis of foreign sources, describes the dialogic model of public relations in piarologii R.Pirsona and a number of other North American researchers. The author draws attention to the need for the reception of dialogic interaction of the modern Russian political science in the field of cooperation between the state and civil society in contemporary Russia.
