Abstract
The importance of development of the labors subject in the vocational training is substantiated in the article. Special attention is paid to professional self-awareness and subject position. It is shown that the vocational training should focus on the formation of the students subject position in a professional choice, the subject position in educational activity, the subject position in personal and professional self-development.
