Abstract
In article the problem of poor operational management is considered by organization activity. Managing in the conditions of the market relations demands coherence of behavior of the organization and all managing subjects participating in its activity. Adaptation of the intra firm administrative mechanism of management to the price mechanism in environment is for this purpose necessary.
