FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE SURRENDER OF THE FORTRESS PEREKOP IN 1736 (HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS)

Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the most important events of the Russian-Turkish war 1735-1739. - captured Turkish fortress Perekop by Russian troops under the command of Field Marshal B.K. Minich. Analyzing the terms of surrender of the garrison, the author comes to the conclusion that the Russian side they were only partially implemented and assigns primary responsibility for this on B.K. Minich.
