Abstract
In article is discussed one of the most important social issues of our time: the problem of complementarity foundations of social life as morality and law, reveal their meaning. Substantiates the social status of modern man, which implies not only the nature of interpersonal relationships, lining up mostly on the principles of morality, but also formally defined rules of behavior or attitude. The man in the public space is not one, and he must realize that life together except he has other people having the same rights as him.
