Abstract
The article considers the problems of the methodology of historical and philosophical studies, the basic scheme of the analysis of historical and philosophical phenomena and the question of the relationship of different methodological approaches in the history of philosophy, discusses the thesis on the history of philosophy as the true philosophy. In connection with the analysis of the relation of knowledge general philosophical and historical-philosophical affected by the general problems of philosophy.
