Abstract
Disintegration of Soviet Union has shown an inconsistency not only the Russian political science, but also all system of the Soviet sights at the theory of the international relations. Ideological doctrines of the Soviet humanity didn't allow even to consider similar processes in thoughts. As consequence of an event, modern scientific thought of Russia, having rejected ideology, has addressed to geopolitics.
