Abstract
Merits and lacks of globalization of economic by means of the analysis of the reasons of its occurrence are described. The conclusion about its close communication with a division of labor and development of world trade that testifies to its positive influence on economy as a whole is formed. However the given process demands from economic agents change of a kind of their activity or increase of their competitiveness.
