HUMAN DEVELOPMENT IN PROCESSES OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Abstract
The three-component structure of a person (individual, subject, personality) and corresponding lines of physical, mental and social development are considered in the article. Training is defined as activity of teacher aimed at the transfer to a man of knowledge and skills in the field of intellectual and substantive action to ensure the development of his physical and mental abilities. Education is defined as a special kind of training, in which man receives knowledge and skills in the field of social relations and becomes a personality. The social conditionality of the development of human in training and education is shown in the form of schema.
