THE COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTIC OF MEASURES OF SOCIAL SUPPORT OF THE COMPELLED MIGRANTS IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN REGIONS OF RUSSIA

Abstract
The Article is devoted to regional aspect of migration policy in Russia, in particular to comparison of experience of its realization in the Central region and the Southern Federal District. The attention to nature of distribution of the organizations and public formations in a section of federal and regional levels is paid, to their "specialization" in profile activities, and also an assessment of terms and qualities of the services provided to migrants according to the Russian legislation. Problem points in the field of implementation of measures of social policy at the regional level are revealed and recommendations about its improvement are offered..
