PECULIARITIES OF VALUES SYSTEM AND CAREER ORIENTATION OF WOMEN WITH DIFFERENT GENDER IDENTITY

Abstract
As is shown in this study, women with masculine gender identity are focused on social values, material well-being, high social status and women with feminine gender identity are focused on personal values: love, assistance and compassion for others. Women with masculine gender identity can be characterized by such career orientations as “management” and “autonomy”, by long-term clearly defined goals; while women with feminine gender identity are characterized by such career orientations as “service”, “stability”, by short-term goals.
