Abstract
In this paper, questions are considered to improve the system of labor remuneration in the organization through the introduction of a grading system that allows differentiated approach to the remuneration of each employee, taking into account his labor contribution.
The paper presents the main principles and goals of grading, as well as the basic requirements for the implementation of this system in the enterprise.
