Abstract
This article focuses on the new Institute of property management in the Russian civil law. This study allows to assert that the institution of trust management of property considered to be binding institutions. Practice shows that relationship, which are formed in the Institute of legal relationships, through trust management of property are universal therefore can be used in all legal relations with property.
