PROBLEMS OF ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS-MIGRANTS FROM THE SELF-DECLARED DPR AND LPR IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF A MEDICAL HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract
In the article the author studies the matters connected with a complex process of adaptation of students-migrants in the framework of an educational process in a medical higher educational establishment. Topicality of the studied topic is determined with the fact that for the recent two years the flow of the youth from the self-declared republics DPR and LPR has considerably increased. A special attention is given to mechanisms of students-migrants’ adaptation to the new environment. The author focuses on a special role of a teacher-curator during the process of adaptation, the teacher is not just a translator of knowledge but at the same time an active agent in the quickest adaptation of student-migrants in a higher educational establishment.
