Abstract
Contract of interlocutors’ opinions forming in the non-formal interview text is blurred by the rhetorical concessive relations. In this regard the pragmatic conditions are created in the spontaneous conversation for achieving non-conflict unanimity in the semantic positions expressed. Various concessive rhetorical relation models presuppose a priori equivalent specific gravity of two potentially incompatible opinions on the events and facts under the discussion and this or that objects revealed in the events or facts. Relevance limiting of previously initiated proposition on the level of the respondent’s dialogical step is interpreted in the paper as the intentional communicative strategy aimed at the prevention of the interviewer’s undesirable commentaries. This function of concessive relations is also activated for achieving the interviewer’s consent with the alternative point of view expressed by the respondent.
