THE ROLE OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHER AND THE STUDENT AT THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY IN THE PROCESS OF SOCIALIZATION

Abstract
This article focuses on the role of communicative competence equal participants of educational process – students and teachers – in the process of socialization. Socialization is considered as the formation of active life position, promoting successful professional formation of the personality, which is impossible without the inclusion in the joint activity in the learning process. Especially important is the problem of mastering effective communication skills, conflict-free communications, ability to manage conflict ability to see a conflict situation, to comprehend and implement the guide of action for its resolution. The article discusses one aspect of communicative competence formation of students improving their linguistic and rhetorical competency in the process of development of subjects "Russian language and culture of speech", "Rhetoric". The article emphasizes that successful socialization requires that both equal subjects of the educational process was ready to change the traditional relations between them, for continuous improvement, training, and finding optimal ways to solve problems.
