WAYS OF IMPROVING SYSTEM MOTIVATING AND ENCOURAGING STAFF COMPANIES

Abstract
The article discusses the activities of business. In the analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise in question was carried out and analyzed existing in the analyzed enterprise system of motivation and stimulation of the personnel. The analysis showed that the existing system of motivation and stimulation of employees no longer meet the needs and objectives of the company, so it should be reviewed in the direction of optimization.
The authors suggest that pathways for improving the system of motivation and stimulation of employees can act as follows: a decrease in the constant part of the wage (salary) and an increase in the variable part of the salary that precedes the detailed formation of funds by item and allows you to link the dynamics of production and economic performance of the shop and the enterprise as a whole with the size of wages, as well as non-monetary incentive measures, allowing the employee to feel involvement in the company and increase its self-esteem.
