Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of employment of graduates of higher educational institutions in the integration of Russian Federation into the European educational space (Bologna process). Comparative characteristics of the terms "employment" and "employment". Analyzed research conducted by the Association of classical universities of Russia and the Center for the study of problems of vocational education, the assessment of Russia's participation in the Bologna process. Examples of basic services support the employment of students, as well as basic indices of their ineffectiveness. Focuses on the activities of the student recruitment Agency "Minin", acting on the basis of the faculty of management and socio – technical services of the Nizhny Novgorod state pedagogical University Kozma Minin.
