Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of the sociological research conducted on the problem of creating an accessible environment for persons with disabilities in vital spheres of life according to the results of the program "Accessible environment" for 2011-2015 with the position of disabled people and presents a set of barriers hindering the solution of this problem.
