Abstract
The article gives the concept of bioethics as an interdisciplinary field of science, given its goals and objectives at the present stage in Russia and worldwide. The relevance and novelty of the topic chosen due to catastrophic, in our opinion, the state of affairs in the field of bioethics in our country. The actual for the Russian society bioethical issues and find solutions. For example, HIV-infected patients and psychiatric wards seem contradictory experience of bioethics in Russia.
