SYMBOLIC CAPITAL IN MANAGING THE MODERN ORGANIZATION: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract
The place of symbolic capital in the management of the modern organization. The problem of the loss of trust within the team and to the leaders as a problem of management of the organization arising from the social indifference on the part of both the management and the staff team. The proposed "monetica model" the management of symbolic capital, promoting the solution of this problem. It is concluded that the symbolic capital as a strategy of accumulation of trust allows to optimize management processes and enhance the staff productivity and the prestige of the organization. The work is done with the help of the scientific advisor M. V. Demidova – PhD, a candidate of Philosophical Sciences, the associate Professor of Stolypin Volga Region Institute of Administration (a branch of RANEPA).
