Abstract
Article is devoted to consideration of an urgent problem of the modern international relations. Authors, recognizing need of enhancement of the modern principles of international law, suggest to make use of experience of development and adoption of the new Constitution of Iceland for the benefit of enhancement of the modern principles of international law.
