Abstract
This article is devoted to a question of the balanced organization of activities of the entity and a role of work in it. Special attention is paid to value of a regulation and regulation of work, and also its organization in increase in efficiency of organization activity. Analysis results of a labor productivity, the cost level of the entity on compensation are given in article, the main problems in the sphere of job management are revealed and recommendations about increase in efficiency of use of work are offered.
