Abstract
In the second half of the XIX century the cities of the Tobolsk province was three times visited by representatives of the ruling house of Romanov. With decades of experience, has developed a specific program, secret ritual meetings of the population distinguished guests. That is, over time such a ceremony has turned into a very special symbiosis that allows to speak about a certain continuity, the development of traditional culture in the cities of the region. It is the process of formation of the identified phenomenon within the province of Tobolsk is the purpose of this article.
