Abstract
Existence of the photo in the conditions of convergent journalism and modern requirements to journalistic photos are examined in this work. The list of criteria to which modern photos should be conformed for existence in the environment of convergent journalism is formulated. The offered criteria can form the basis of training system for future generations in the direction «photojournalism».
