THE NEW MAINTENANCE OF INDIVIDUAL STYLES OF ACTIVITY OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN MODERN WORKING CONDITIONS

Abstract
In article changes in professional activity of elementary school teachers are considered. Is considered how transition to the activity organized in compliance with requirements of new educational and professional standards has influenced work of teachers. Specifics of professional activity of elementary school teachers in new conditions are described. Are allocated, by means of the factorial analysis, the psychological components of individual style of activity allowing to adapt to teachers to activity in new conditions.
