Abstract
The fight against violation of traffic rules, today is a very important. Despite the attempts of solving the problem of increasing road accidents are frequent. There are still drivers who are driving while intoxicated; still there are inattentive pedestrians who don't obey the basic rules of road safety; have a corrupt relationship between wealthy drivers and law enforcement officers, etc. these circumstances indicate the relevance of the research topic. In addition, there are factors not visible at first glance, but play an important role in the occurrence of road accidents, which, however, is not given due attention.
