Abstract
In the article advantages and complexities of introduction of innovations and business dealing in the field of development and creations of the new medical products intended for a wide audience are analyzed. Features of functioning of the pharmaceutical companies, the plan of creation of innovative products are concretized. Value of innovative marketing policy is emphasized.
