Abstract
The analysis of features of administrative legal status of police officers as a factor of individual prospect of career advance in system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is presented in article. On the example of the staff of the District Department of Internal Affairs creation of system of a personnel assessment as the principle of intra organizational arrangement and movement of employees is considered. Prospects of diagnostics of a level of development of administrative competences as factor of an assessment of personnel prospects of police officers are analyzed.
