Abstract
The psychodiagnostics assessment as one of the directions of professional activity of the social psychologist is presented in article. Results of a psychodiagnostic testing of features of the social and psychological characteristic of collective on the example of trade-union committee of manufacturing enterprise are given. Results allowed to define valuable and orientation unity of group, to characterize features of interaction in group, to estimate the psychological atmosphere in collective and extent of social and psychological adaptation of his members.
