ON PLATE-MAKING WITHIN NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN SPANISH JOURNALISTIC TEXT

Abstract
Creating language representation in Russia, central Spanish and Hispanic media uses such epithets as “authoritarian”, “hostile”, “militant”, “backward”, “insatiable”; such nouns qualifying its position and action as “aggression”, “expansion”, “annexation”, “conquest”. Similar linguistic resources in the humanity’ perception creates a dense negative aura around the Russian Federation. However, the negativity in some cases is recently interrupted, that strengthens hopes for a derogation from the pejorative patterns and gradual formation of a more objective verbal image of the country, which would reflect the tolerance, advocated everywhere.
