Abstract
The article is devoted to the Confucius Institutes, involved in the dissemination of Chinese culture and language in the world. The study suggests that these institutions play an important role in China's foreign cultural policy. Confucius Institutes are "soft power" of China, allowing it to consolidate its position in the world. This problem is a little studied.
