Abstract
This article deals with the problem of unemployment among young people with disabilities. Employment of young persons with disabilities is a very topical issue problem for Russia, because they are at social risk more often. Also authtor told about international experience of social work, the use of various artistic and creative technologies. Moreover tasks standing before the labor exchange. Solving these tasks allows to make better a condition of young people with disabilities.
