COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CASES IN A CYCLE OF «FOLK TALES» AND THE NOVEL «EUGENE ONEGIN» BY ALEXANER PUSHKIN

Abstract
This study presents a comparative analysis of the semantics of address in tales and the novel "Eugene Onegin" by Pushkin. Two types of address are investigated within the analyzed texts. Statistical testing enabled to study address in discourse and determine specific types and forms of address. This suggested approach to the study of Pushkin creative writing contributes to the knowledge of Russian national character and traditions. This enables both to study Russian as a foreign language and rank Pushkin as an outstanding writer, the spokesman of Russian culture and Russian national spirit.
