Abstract
The article describes the advantages of integrated marketing and prove the need for its implementation in management of innovative activity of modern organizations. A model of innovation governance system using the mechanisms of the integrated marketing, and justified the inclusion of the principles of mass production to order, and outsourcing organizations as fundamental elements.
