SOCIAL AND MATERIEL SUPPORT OF THE MILITIA AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT OF THE URAL REGION (1920S – FIRST HALF OF 1930S)

Abstract
The formation and development of law-enforcement agencies of the Urals in the 1920th – the first half of the 1930s took place in a difficult socio-economic conditions. Transference in 1923 of financing of militia and criminal investigation department on the local budget had a negative impact on their financial welfare and resulted in the difference of wages in districts of Ural region. Even with the transition in 1931 the militia on the centralized government financing the principle of social justice in their regard has not been provided.
