THE PRECARIAT AND INFORMAL WORK IN RUSSIA: THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
In the article discusses the new social stratum in social stratification. The stratum includes people who do not have reliable work and social guarantees. Common features of these people - emotional instability, anxiety, uncertainty about the future. As the reasons of psychological not wellbeing (distress) of the man regarded the presence of informal employment, as well as continuous variability and flexibility of labor relations. Are given the psychological characteristics of risk groups in Russia.
